Yes — Eden management runs on a minimum 12-month term. Short-stay performance compounds over time, and a full year gives us the runway to optimise pricing, build review momentum and deliver the returns the property is capable of. After the initial term it continues month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days' notice.

Everything in our full-service management: listing creation, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, housekeeping coordination, maintenance management and monthly reporting. Cleaning and linen are billed at cost per turnover and passed straight through.

Most properties are live within 7–10 days of sign-off, depending on photography scheduling and any styling or setup required. We'll give you a clear timeline at the assessment stage.

Absolutely. It's your home — block out any dates you like through your owner dashboard and we'll keep the calendar in sync across every platform.
